Terms & Conditions for Readings
You must consent to these terms & conditions in order to receive a Reading.
If you have any questions or are unsure about anything below, please do contact me.
If you are booking as part of a group then by consenting to the Terms & Conditions you are agreeing that you have discussed the T&C's with other members also having a reading and all have agreed.

If you feel that the reading is not going well within the first 10 minutes, you must inform me (the reader) and you will be entitled to a refund if you have already made payment. (Outside of this time you will be liable for the amount of time used to the nearest 5 minutes as you are paying for my time)

It is a legal requirement that a disclaimer is included.

In accordance to the law in several countries I must inform you that you agree to receive a reading from Crystal Cath on the understanding that it is given for research, spiritual and / or entertainment purposes only.

The accuracy of any reading cannot be guaranteed. All and any information is given as guidance only and is subject to your own personal interpretation. Any decisions and / or choices you make based on this guidance remain your sole personal and legal responsibility. If you require specific legal, financial, medical or other advice, you should seek a suitable licensed professional.

By Booking: I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that Psychic ("Oracle", "Tarot", "Medium") Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

All guidance is subject to my own interpretation. I agree that any information or guidance provided does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical or business advice.

PLEASE BE AWARE MEDIUMSHIP CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED. If you are not happy with your reading within 10 minutes of it starting please inform me and your reading will be stopped. You will then be issued a refund if applicable.

All complaint MUST be dealt with whilst you are having the reading, whilst you are still on the premises OR if taking place via video call, before the call ends.

If there is a specific type of reading you would like please let me know before the reading starts and I will do my best to accommodate you. Readers work in different ways to get their messages across. I may use, Tarot Cards, Oracle Cards, Psychometry & Empathy.

To use this service you must be over 18 years of age.

Crystal Cath (Cath James) is released of all liability directly and indirectly, as a result of the reading I receive.

I understand that all information shared with Crystal Cath will be held in the strictest of confidence.
