Returns Policy

We "Crystal Cath" offer a 14 day returns policy if your order is damaged in any way, please accept our sincerest apologies and submit the below form.

You will receive a FULL refund for the cost of the item if it arrives damaged as soon as it is returned.

Please make sure that you take photo's or a video of the condition of the box/packet to show it arrived so we can make a claim with the courier company if applicable.

​

Please send photo's and video's of the packaging and the item that has been damaged.

​

Once we have acknowledged your request and agree that a refund is applicable, please pack the item safely, to make sure it arrives with us in the same condition as it is in the videos and photos.

​

Postage will be at the customers expense and we advise tracked delivery so you have proof that we have indeed received it.

​

Once the item is returned we will then issue a refund within 7 days.

​

Unfortunately, if you change your mind, we can not accept returns of this nature.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the company.  However we are always very keen to provide a favourable solution to the customer whenever possible.  We truly value your custom and support.
