Solar Plexus Chakra Crystals
So here is my personal recommendation for Crystals that will help you open and balance your Solar Plexus Chakra.
I want to cover this because you may be reading this and thinking what the heck even are chakras, I've heard of the word and know they do something but that's about it lol. If it gives you any piece of mind before I trained in Crystal Healing, that was exactly me, so you're not on your own I promise you!

If you don't know anything about chakras, hopefully you will find this blog super helpful in an easy to understand way. I hope that you will instantly learn loads about crystals and chakras at the same time :-).
For a start, what the hell even is a chakra?.....
Well, our body has 7 main chakras, in this blog I will teach you a little about your Sacral Chakra. Now our chakras are in different parts of our body. Each chakra is like its own energy source (think of Iron Man with his energy source in the centre of his chest, well that's where the heart chakra is lol).
So, our chakras are invisible and are located inside our body. Think of them a little like magnets. So when a magnet is super powerful (chakra is open wide), it will be AMAZING at doing its job in helping us to function physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. However, if our magnet has all gunk on it (blocked), it won't be anywhere near as good or effective in doing the job it needs to do. So our chakra energy source has a vibrational energy that connects with the universe, which is why certain crystals can help each chakra to become unblocked - think of it like charging your phone's battery wirelessly.
I hope you're enjoying my analogies because I don't know how not to do them lol!
It's important to cover the fact that each crystal has about 12-14 different healing properties so please bare in mind that below I have just listed only a couple of things that the chakra can affect but there are wayyyy more things!.
If it has an aura coating or has been dyed orange it won't have the same effect.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
Your 3rd Chakra is your Solar Plexus Chakra - your solar plexus chakra is Yellow and it focuses on hope, joy, happiness, courage, inner strength, confidence, excitement and physically it can affect your liver, pancreas, gallbladder and you may be feeling low in energy and fatigue if your Solar Plexus is blocked.
So being Yellow in colour you guessed it typically ANY yellow or gold ish crystal will help you with this chakra. So Citrine, Lemon Quartz, Tigers Eye, Pyrite, Golden Rutile, some Amber if more yellow in colour, Yellow Mookaite, Golden Healer, just to name a few.
Good old Clear Quartz will also work on ALL of your chakras, it is known as the Master Healer, so if you don’t have any of the others you can always use clear quartz.
It really is as simple as that :-) obviously there is lots more to it BUT as a quick start that is pretty much all you need to know to get you started with your sacral chakra and what crystals can help it :-)
